LONG SAULT — The SD&G OPP have arrested two male teens from South Stormont in connection with several Long Sault break-ins, following an investigation launched Aug. 1 after several homes and vehicles were forcibly entered and several items removed.
On Aug. 4, police reported their arrest of Visuvvek Thurairajah, 18, and a 17-year-old who can’t be named.
Both were charged with three counts of break and enter and two counts of theft under $5,000 from a motor vehicle. Thurairajah was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
The South Stormont residents were both held in custody pending a bail appearance at Cornwall Court.
