Peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital with family by his side on Saturday, October 15, 2016, Tommy Parker of Chesterville age 74. Loving husband of Gail Parker (nee Cunningham) for 48 years. Loving father of Karen Parker of Chesterville. Loving grandfather of Kacey Neville. Dear son-in-law of Glen Cunningham (Iris) of Mariatown. Dear brother-in-law of Gail’s twin brother Gary Cunningham (Mary) of Camrose, Alta., Bert Cunningham (Simla) of Iroquois, Brenda Blazewicz (Stan) of Knoxville, Tennessee, Beverley Groulx (Stephen) of Knoxville, Tennessee and Glenna Schaillee (Gerben) of Morrisburg. Predeceased by his parents Hank and Stella Parker, his mother-in-law Noreen Carkner and his brother-in-law Lyle Cunningham. Tommy will be fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Friends may call at Christ Church United in Chesterville on Thursday, October 20th from 10-11 a.m. A celebration of Tommy’s life will be held at 11 a.m. with members of the local fire department participating. Interment will be at Maple Ridge Cemetery followed by a hot lunch at the Chesterville Legion.
