DUNDAS COUNTY – Thieves have recently gone after the contents of camping trailers in Chesterville and Morrisburg, according to the SD&G OPP.
Overnight on Oct. 30-31, four units were targeted at a Chesterville business on County Rd. 7. Two flat screen televisions were taken and gasoline syphoned. The following evening, Oct. 31-Nov. 1, a television was stolen from a camper parked at a Queen Street property in the same village.
Sometime over the last two weeks, several units fell victim at a County Rd. 2 address. In that incident, nothing was taken but damage was caused.
Police say they continue to investigate.
