Winchester suspect picked up for violating court condition

NORTH DUNDAS – SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a male in breach of a court condition to “remain with surety” imposed from a previous incident.

The suspect was arrested at a Winchester Main Street residence around 4:15 a.m. on Feb. 2.

Police say Shaun Typhair, 35, of North Dundas Township is charged with Fail to Comply with Recognizance.

The accused was held in custody pending a bail appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
