Up to 25 cm of snow expected

EASTERN ONTARIO — Chesterville’s annual Snowflake Carnival had no shortage of flakes to celebrate when the event came to a close Sunday evening, just as a predicted wallop of flurries began dumping on the region.

Environment Canada has warned that the area could see up to 25 cm of accumulated snowfall by Monday morning (Feb. 13).
