Police search for parole violator

TORONTO – Police are seeking assistance from the public in search of a known offender who is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of parole.

He is currently serving a two year and three month sentence for the possession of weapon, obstructing justice, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, fleeing from police, two counts of driving with a disqualified license, illegal possession of unauthorized firearm, possession of illegal substances, and three counts of failure to comply with undertaking.

Christopher Raymond is described as a 41 year old male, indigenous person, 5’9″, 175 lbs. with a fair/light complexion, brown eyes, and short black and grey hair.

The wanted man is known to frequent the Ottawa and Cornwall areas as well as the Gatineau and Oka/Akwesasne areas.
