Impaired driving charges after vehicle rollover on Development Rd.

NORTH DUNDAS — Alcohol was a factor in a single-vehicle collision on Development Rd. that sent two men to hospital April 8 with non-life threatening injuries, according to police.

SD&G OPP officers responded at 7:22 p.m. to the vehicle that left the roadway and rolled over.

The driver was under the influence of alcohol, according to police, who arrested Jason Fowler, 29, of South Dundas. He’s charged with driving a motor vehicle while ability impaired causing bodily harm, and exceeding 80 milligrams blood alcohol content causing bodily harm.

The accused was released and scheduled to appear at Morrisburg court on May 2.

Pedestrian intercepted, charged

NORTH DUNDAS — Police seized a quantity of suspected marijuana April 7 from a male pedestrian on County Rd. 7.

SD&G OPP officers intercepted the individual at 8:38 p.m., also finding him to be in contravention of conditions imposed from a previous incident.

Brady Leblanc-Clost,  22, of North Dundas, was arrested. He’s charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of failing to comply with probation orders.

The accused was released and scheduled to appear in Morrisburg court on June 6.
