NORTH DUNDAS  Police have released the name of the man killed in yesterday’s collision on County Rd. 31.

Neville Vincent, 67, of North Dundas was pronounced dead at the scene of the head-on crash between a car and a milk transport truck.

The SD&G OPP continue their investigation into the April 11 incident occurring north of Winchester Springs shortly before 1 p.m.

According to police, Vincent was southbound in a 2010 Mini Cooper that crossed into the path of a northbound 2013 International milk tanker driven by a 44-year-old man from Valleyfield, Que., who was not injured.

OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators and a reconstructionist continue to assist the local detachment with the investigation. A previously closed section of County Road 31, between Nesbitt Road and Hollister Road, has been re-opened.
