Impaired driving charge for driver intercepted at fatal collision scene

SOUTH DUNDASSD&G OPP intercepted a vehicle on May 11, while at the scene of a fatal collision at 9:30 p.m. on County Rd. 1 (Carman Road), South Dundas. It was determined that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol.

Bryce Piticco, 33, of South Dundas, was arrested and is charged with; driving a motor vehicle while ability impaired; driving a motor vehicle with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood

He was released and is scheduled to appear in Morrisburg court on May 25.
