Over 400 tickets sold for this Saturday’s Spring Fling — Silent and Live Auction

DIXONS CORNERS — Spring is in the air and the delicious smell of roast beef and pork will be, too, this Saturday.  

Join the tri-congregations of Matilda Pastoral Charge this Saturday, June 3, for their annual Spring Fling – Silent and Live Auction.

Several items will be up for auction (see images).

Jim Cooper will wield the gavel as auctioneer for the evening.

A roast beef and pork dinner with homemade salads and desserts will be served up to raise money for the three united churches.

Food will be served beginning at 4:30 p.m at Matilda Hall in Dixons Corners.

Take-out is available.

With over 400 of the 450 tickets already sold, the ever-popular event is almost sold out.

“Everyone’s welcome but tickets are very limited at the door,” says event coordinator Lois Keyes of Hulbert Valley United Church. “Our goal is to have them all sold,” she adds.
