37-year-old North Dundas man charged in dump-trailer theft

NORTH DUNDAS — A Dundas man has been arrested in connection with the theft of a dump trailer stolen from a County Rd. 13 address last month.

The SD&G OPP say they arrested 37-year-old Joey Cinnamon June 1, following an investigation into the crime reported to police on May 21.

The detachment says that Cinnamon faces charges of:

  • Altering/destroying/removing a vehicle identification number (two counts);
  • Trafficking in Stolen Goods
  • Possession of Property obtained by crime
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order
  • Use Plates not, Authorized for vehicle (Highway Traffic Act)

The accused was held in custody pending a Cornwall bail appearance.
