Upper Canada Village celebrates 10 years of its Medieval Festival this weekend

MORRISBURG — Upper Canada Village takes an extra step back in time to the Medieval period on June 10, 11 and Education Day June 12, for its lively and entertaining Medieval Festival.  Celebrating 10 years, the festival line-up will amuse visitors of all ages with shows of Jousting Knights on horseback, falconers, buskers, medieval re-enactors, artisans, vendors and more.  It’s a lineup that will make the journey back in time well worth the trip.

The Knights of Valor and their mighty horses perform twice daily in a style worthy of kings at 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Stay after the show and you can ride one of the Knights mighty steeds (fees apply). The Knights are also available between shows to speak to the public about the history and chivalry of knights.
