Charles Collins, 52, Michael Collins, 22 and Candice Billings-Summers, 27, have each been charged with four counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, along with Possession of Property obtained by crime.
Charles Collins has also been charged with Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon.

All three accused were released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on Aug. 17, 2017.

He was arrested and charged with Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose; two counts of Fail to Comply Recognizance (under the Youth Criminal Justice Act — YCJA); and Trespassing at Night.
The youth — whose identity is protected under the YCJA — was held in custody pending a bail appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.

The SD&G OPP arrested her July 4 after responding to a domestic situation at a South Stormont residence shortly after 11:30 a.m. that morning.
Police say the accused had been harassing her ex-boyfriend.
She was released and scheduled to appear Aug. 8 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall. Police have withheld her name to protect the identity of the victim.

The theft was noticed July 4 and brought to the attention of the SD&G OPP.
