Cardinal drug raid yields speed, codeine, Ritalin, pot — plus charges for 55-year-old man

CARDINAL — Police seized drugs with a reported street value of approximately $5,000 during a Nov. 29 raid at a Cardinal apartment.

Fifty-five-year-old Peter Kantor of Cardinal must appear Dec. 22 in Brockville court as a result of the search warrant executed at 12:14 p.m. by the OPP Street Crime Unit and the OPP Emergency Response team.

Grenville County OPP report that Kantor is charged with:  Possession of a schedule I substance – Codeine; Possession of a schedule III substance – Ritalin; Possession of methamphetamine (speed) for the purpose of trafficking; and Possession of a schedule II substance – Cannabis Marijuana – over 30 grams.
