WINCHESTER — A North Dundas man faces impaired driving-related charges after rolling a vehicle into a Main Street West ditch in Winchester.

SD&G OPP officers responded to the County Rd. 3 crash scene at 12:15 a.m., arresting Jesse Holmes, 27. He was released and scheduled to appear in Cornwall court on Jan. 18.

Jordan Holmes — no relation to the accused — captured video footage of the truck or SUV rolling over in front of his Winchester business, Dundas Performance & Secured Holmes. In the clip (below), the light-coloured truck, appearing to move swiftly, slides and careens off the village roadway, kicking up clouds of snow before coming to rest on its roof in the bottom of the south ditch.
