The SD&G OPP says he was the lone occupant of a westbound passenger vehicle that crossed into the oncoming path of an eastbound vehicle shortly after 10:10 p.m., Jan. 23.

He died at the scene. Update: Police have identified him as Leopold Cusson.

The driver of the other vehicle, a 34-year-old woman from Cornwall, was transported to hospital with serious non-life threatening injuries. She was also travelling alone at the time of the crash.
