ATV reported stolen in S. Stormont, 150 calls to police Feb. 9 to 12

Stolen ATV

SOUTH STORMONT —  An ATV was reported stolen from a business on Cornwall Centre Rd., South Stormont, shortly before 5:00 p.m. on February 10. Further investigation by SD&G OPP indicated that sometime overnight, February 9, a 2003 Green Honda TF6 ATV was removed from the property.

An investigation continues.


SD&G —  SD&G OPP are investigating several incidents after responding to 150 calls for service from Friday, February 9 to Monday, February 12.

Among these occurrences, SD&G OPP responded to 3 domestic disputes, 1 assault, 47 motor vehicle collisions, 1 neighbour dispute, 1 break and enter occurrence, 11 calls for police assistance, 14 traffic complaints and hazards, 7 Traffic enforcement occurrences, 7 911 calls, 8 alarm calls, 1 Impaired driving occurrence, 1 theft occurrence, 4 suspicious person calls, 2 mental health act calls,1 bail violation call, 2 community services occurrences,3 drug offence related calls, 2 family disputes, 2 fire occurrences, 1 harassment call,3 mischief calls, 2 stolen vehicle calls, 1 trespass call and 5 RIDE checks were conducted.
