First annual BBQ Block Party at The Town Vintner to benefit Habitat for Humanity Cornwall & The Counties

WINCHESTER —Habitat for Humanity Cornwall & The Counties is excited to welcome members of the community to the First Annual BBQ Block Party. This event is hosted at The Town Vintner in partnership with Jambel Foods. Greg’s Quality Meats and Antonella Holmes, Realtor, have also contributed to make this event a success.

Guests are invited to join the party from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Entry is only $5 and includes a free ‘tasting element.’ Guests are able to purchase additional ‘tasting elements’ throughout the day to sample the offerings of Jambel, The Town Vintner and Greg’s Quality Meats.

The event will also feature a silent auction thanks to the generosity of local businesses.

The latest Habitat for Humanity Cornwall & The County’s Partner Family will be on hand to thank guests for their support.

Proceeds from this event will be directed to Habitat for Humanity Cornwall & The Counties and will assist in the efforts to continue to build hope and homes in local communities.

Habitat for Humanity Cornwall & The Counties does not receive annual government funding. They rely on the support of the community to help the community through donations, fundraising, third party events, partnerships, and sponsorships.

12 local families with 28 children have had an opportunity to change their lives because of local supporters. 

The ReStore is stocked entirely through donations, meaning customers do not have to pay tax. ReStore revenue assists to offset day to day operational costs and contributes to home builds.
