Police seeking public’s help identifying female suspect in luxury vehicle scam

OTTAWA —  Ottawa Police Service Organized Fraud Unit is seeking public’s assistance in identifying a female suspect who has purchased some luxury vehicles.

In January and February, the female suspect has fraudulently purchased several high-end SUV’s at local dealers in Ottawa. She uses fraudulent identification and forged documents to obtain auto financing loans to purchase the targeted vehicles.

The female is wanted for multiple counts of fraud over $5000, theft of motor vehicle and other fraud-related offences relating to identity theft and uttering forged documents.

She is described as a caucasian female, slim build, with long dark hair (see pictures.)
