SDG — Free Commissioner of Oaths service is now available at all SD&G County Library branches. No appointment needed. A Commissioner of Oaths is an official authorized by law to take oaths or affirmations in regards to legal documents or statements. A Commissioner does not certify that the document presented to them is true, but that the contents of the document have been sworn by the applicant under an Oath.
The Commissioner of Oaths service is yet another way the SD&G County Library helping enhance municipal services, by offering the convenience of extended hours, and additional locations for getting documents commissioned.
