ASSAULT WITH WEAPON
SOUTH DUNDAS — An altercation occurred between two adult males and an adult female on April 13, shortly after 3:18 p.m on Sir James Morris Drive in Morrisburg.
The accused male struck the victim. The accused female struck the male victim with a weapon and uttered threats. The victim received minor injuries and was treated and released at the scene.
Dillon Shaver, 25, of South Dundas, was arrested and is charged with assault and failure to comply with probation order.
He was held in custody pending a bail appearance in Cornwall court.
Crystal Wagner, 38, of South Dundas, was arrested and is charged with assault with a weapon, assault, and uttering threats.
She was released and is scheduled to appear in Morrisburg court June 5.
MORRISBURG — SD&G OPP responded to a report of a disturbance on Sir James Morris Drive, Morrisburg, April 17 shortly before 3 p.m.
Investigation indicated an adult female was breaching her release conditions.
Crystal Wagner, 38, of South Dundas, was arrested and is charged with two counts of failure to comply with an undertaking.
She was held in custody pending a court bail hearing in Cornwall court.
DRIVER OF A STOLEN VEHICLE ARRESTED
SOUTH GLENGARRY — A traffic stop was conducted by SD&G OPP on Highway 2 in South Glengarry on April 18. Shortly before 11 a.m. a driver was pulled over and further investigation revealed that the 2014 Toyota Tundra the male was driving had been stolen from Toronto. Police later discovered that the adult male driver gave false identification.
Philippe Lorquet, 31, of Montreal, was arrested and is charged with;
– Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
– Failure to comply with conditions of a recognizance
– Failure to comply with conditions of a probation order
– Obstructing a Peace officer
– Personation with intent
– Possession of a controlled substance
He was held in custody pending a court bail appearance in Cornwall court.
