Trespass by night

SOUTH DUNDAS — An unwanted person was spotted at a South Dundas residence on May 22 shortly after 10 p.m. Further investigation by Police revealed that a male youth had trespassed onto the property.

A 16-year-old male of South Dundas, was arrested and is charged with trespassing by night.

He was released and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court on June 7.

The name of the accused is being withheld in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA).

Super Speeder

SOUTH DUNDAS —  A vehicle stopped during a traffic enforcement on May 22 shortly before 1 p.m. travelling 172km/h on Highway 401. A male driver, 27, from Montreal, was charged with stunt driving.

Stolen ATV

MORRISBURG — An ATV was stolen from a business on Flagg Road, Morrisburg shortly before 10 a.m. on May 24. Police investigation indicated that sometime overnight May 23-24, a 2014 Yellow Canam Commander 800cc, 2-seater ATV was removed from the property.

An investigation continues.

Break-in

NORTH GLENGARRY — A break-in at a residence on Seven Hills Road in North Glengarry Township was reported to SD&G OPP shortly after 4 p.m. on May 24.

Investigation indicated that sometime between May 23-24, the culprit(s) entered a shed and removed various tools.
