Global News: OPP to reveal anti-suicide strategy today after three officers take their lives in three weeks

CHESTERVILLE — The national broadcaster carried a report yesterday evening highlighting how three Ontario Provincial Police officers have died by their own hand in the last three weeks.

The toll has also touched South Dundas, where the body of a 24-year-veteran of the provincial force was discovered at the Two Creeks Conservation Area on Aug. 11.

According to Global News, the OPP will be revealing a strategy to prevent such tragedies in future, at 10 a.m. this morning.
