DIXONS CORNERS — Community Living Dundas County’s 10th Annual Ladies Night Out fundraiser was a sold-out event! They had overwhelming support from community businesses which included Giant Tiger Morrisburg as their new Corporate Sponsor.

Tickets were sold out a couple of days before the event. The night’s entertainment included two fashion shows by Main Street Clothing Company with Stella and Dot and Biba-Casselman’s Shoe Store; 18 local vendors displaying fashion, jewelry, food, natural cleaning products, yoga, health and wellness, bath & beauty products, event décor; a silent auction with items donated from local businesses in Dundas County and wine samplings by StoneCrop Acres Winery.

The winners of the raffle draw were first prize of $500 cash won by Phylis Whittaker, second prize of a wine basket valued at $200 won by Cliff Merpaw and our third prize of a $100 Gift Certificate to Giant Tiger won by Dianne Lapier.  Joy to Share once again decorated the hall beautifully.

All proceeds raised will help support the purchase of an agency vehicle as they do not have the luxury of public transportation in Dundas County. Community Living Dundas County thanks everyone in the community for all of their support in making it such a memorable and successful event once again!
