KEMPTVILLE — Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be stumping for the Liberal candidate in Leeds-Grenville this afternoon.

Trudeau is due for a 2:45 p.m. appearance at Geronimo’s coffeehouse in Kemptville with the Grits’ Mary Jean McFall.

The Dec. 3 by-election in the Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes district follows the sudden May 2 death of the riding’s longtime Tory MP, Gord Brown.

After his Kemptville coffee stop, the prime minister is slated to visit Brockville.
