IROQUOIS — Circle K in Iroquois has been hit for the third time in 3 months. An unknown suspect entered the village’s establishment shortly before 3 a.m. this morning.
SD&G OPP along with the OPP Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit responded to the report of the armed robbery.
Investigation indicated one unknown suspect entered the store with a weapon and demanded cash and cigarettes. The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction of the scene with a amount of cash and tobacco products.
No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a white male, Caucasian, 5’7″-5’8″, slim build, wearing a black jacket with a black hoodie, covering his face with a white cloth, wearing black pants, black shoes with 3 white stripes on it and blue eyes.
The SD&G OPP Crime unit continues to investigate.
The convenience store was first hit November 17 shortly before 4 a.m., December 12 just after midnight, and now this morning shortly before 3 a.m.
