MOOSE CREEK — The annual Friday Yuk-Yuks show served as a salty comedic kickoff to this weekend’s events in Moose Creek.

The village’s annual Carnival sees the community embrace winter with fun and activities both indoors at the community centre and outdoors at the top-notch outdoor rink and surrounding, snowy park.

Definitely aimed at adults, the comedy show last night featured headliner Darren Frost. Also performing in that evening’s spotlight was emcee and comedian Ryan Dennee, who introduced Frost as well as two other funnymen to the Moose Creek stage — Rynestone Magic and Geoffrey Applebaum. A full house at the community centre enjoyed the comedy acts.

Moose Creek’s Winter Carnival continues today and through Sunday. See the schedule below.
