Eastern Ontario SKLZ Competition goes ahead at St. Lawrence College, Cornwall, Feb. 26

CORNWALL The Eastern Ontario SKLZ Competition will take place Tuesday, February 26 at the Cornwall campus of St. Lawrence College.

The event, hosted by the Upper Canada District School Board, Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario and St. Lawrence College, will attract 250 students. They will compete in 18 different categories: robotics, 3D animation, coding, auto service technician, environment, home building, TV-video production, cabinet making, photography, aesthetics and hairstyling, drama, team carpentry, prepared speech, job interview, welding, individual carpentry, small engines, and job skills demonstration.

Details of the event are as follows:

Tuesday, February 26 (Snow date: Wednesday, February 27)

Start of Competition: 9:00 a.m.

Medal Ceremony: 3:00 p.m. St. Lawrence College Cornwall Campus 2 St. Lawrence Drive, Cornwall
