CHESTERVILLE — The Cornwall-based rocker brought her raspy pipes and rippin’ guitar to the McCloskey stage on International Women’s Day in support of Naomi’s Family Resource Centre.
Accompanied by her band, The Stellas, Mena Hardy served up a high-octane performance to a responsive full-house crowd at the 22 Victoria St. establishment.
‘Red Flag’ warmed up the audience as opening act, with Cornwall comedian Tania O’Halloran taking the mic in the transition between bands. The event raised $410 for the cause.
