Two youth charged and two at large to identify in Bayshore Drive robbery

OTTAWA — Four males approached and beat up a 15-year-old male victim in the 100 block of Bayshore Drive on March 14 shortly before 6. The suspects demanded money and the victim refused. The suspects then punched and kicked the victim until he was unconscious. The victim suffered serious injuries.

The Robbery Unit has arrested and charged two 15-year-old males, both from Ottawa, with:

  •       Robbery/assault with intent to steal
  •       Aggravated assault

Both youths are scheduled to appear in court on April 30.

Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying two other male youths involved.
