RUSSELL — An altercation between two men at a Russell business left one man injured and another facing Criminal Code charges — including assault with a weapon.
Russell County OPP and Crime Unit officers responded April 5 to the Concession Street disturbance at approximately 4:40 p.m.
The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. Prescott-Russell Emergency Medical Services (EMS) assessed his condition; the man attended hospital himself.
Police say that Embrun resident Kenneth Ross, 54, was charged with: Assault With A Weapon and Assault Causing Bodily Harm.
The accused was held for bail.
