NDDHS Junior Badminton teams dominate SD&G

The Midget and Junior Badminton teams competed in SD&G on Wed., April 3. The team of Delaney Johnston and Amanda Shay were awarded the silver medal, and the team of Reise Marriner and Emily Scheepers took home the bronze medal. Congrats ladies! The Track and Field team is looking for members! If you like running, throwing, or jumping, come to the weight room Mondays and Wednesdays after school!

Next week on Wed., April 17 is grade 8 and 12 graduation retake photo day. You’ll have these pictures forever, make them better a second time! Thurs., April 18 will be our Spring Olympics and Hawaiian Dance. The dance will take place from 7 pm to 10pm, and tickets are on sale for $10 this week.

A reminder to all Grade 12 students planning to graduate in June and to attend prom, you must have your 40 volunteer hours in before you can purchase your prom ticket which go on sale this week! Any high school student willing to partake in the creation of the 2018-2019 yearbook can sign up outside of guidance.  

On Wed., April 10, ND students and staff will wear pink to support the International Day of Pink, which celebrates diversity and raises awareness for all forms of bullying.
