Charges laid in regards to threats
NORTH DUNDAS — A 20-year-old female from North Dundas was charged for uttering threats and failure to comply with previous conditions on June 21, after a disturbance at a residence on Caleb St. Winchester. SD&G OPP investigation revealed an adult female was at the location and was breaching her previous release conditions. The adult female fled the scene prior to police arrival.
Once again on July 1, SD&G OPP responded to disturbance on Caleb St., Winchester. Investigation revealed an adult female had threatened another adult female and was breaching her previous release conditions. The accused female once again fled the scene prior to police arrival.
The accused female was located by SD&G OPP July 2.
Roxanne Hanson, 20, of North Dundas, was arrested and is charged with;
– Five counts of failure to comply with conditions of a recognizance
– Six counts failure to comply with conditions of a probation order
– Uttering Threats
She was held in custody for bail and scheduled to appear in Cornwall court.
Assault
SOUTH DUNDAS — A male youth assaulted another male youth during an altercation shortly after 11 p.m. on July 2.
The 15-year-old was arrested and is charged with;
– Assault causing bodily harm
He was released from custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court on August 15. His name is being withheld in accordance to the provisions of the YCJA.
Assault and threats
SOUTH DUNDAS — A female assaulted and threatened two other adults during an altercation July 3 at 11 a.m. on Cty. Rd 31., South Dundas.
26-year-old Rachel Helmer, of South Dundas was arrested and is charged with;
– Two counts of assault
– Two counts of uttering threats
She was released from custody pending an appearance in court Morrisburg on August 13.
