Wanted man named ‘Freedom’ is released after arrest for failing to appear in court

AUGUSTA — A wanted male was located and arrested by Grenville OPP around 12 a.m., July 22, during a routine traffic stop on Cty. Rd. 2, Augusta. A search of the vehicle revealed a small quantity of drugs — cocaine and crystal meth.

Grenville County OPP say that Freedom Langevin, 22, of Prescott, was arrested and charged with:

– Four counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance 

– Failure to attend court contrary to the criminal code

 

The driver of the vehicle, Rebecka Peer, 22, of Prescott, was also arrested and charged with:

– Four counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance 

Both were released and are scheduled to appear in Brockville court on August 23.
