Stolen fuel

NORTH DUNDAS — SD&G OPP responded to a report of fuel being taken from a business on Benson George Rd., Winchester shortly after 7 a.m. on August 12. 

According to police sometime in the overnight hours of Aug 11-12, unknown individuals attended the business and stole fuel.

An investigation continues.

 

Domestic sexual assault charges laid

NORTH DUNDAS — A 23-year-old female was arrested on August 12 as a result of a sexual assault investigation conducted by SD&G OPP. According to police, investigation indicated the female had sexually and physically assaulted her common-law husband.

The female resident of North Dundas faces charges of:

– Four counts of Sexual Assault 

– Four counts of Assault               

She was released and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court September 3.

The name of the accused is being withheld in order to protect the identity of the victim.

              

Domestic assault & uttering threats

NORTH DUNDAS — An adult male resident of North Dundas assaulted his girlfriend shortly after 10 a.m. on August 12. According to police the accused male also threatened the female.

The 30-year-old male was arrested and is charged with:

– Two counts of Assault

– Uttering threats

He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court on September 17.
