WINCHESTER — On September 8, the first live draw of Catch the Ace, presented by the Kin Club of Russell, will take place. Six charities will benefit, including the WDMH Foundation. Tickets are now on sale and cost $5 each.

“This event has the potential for some very big financial rewards for both the WDMH Foundation and the lucky person who “catches the ace”. I can’t wait to see how it all works out,” explains Cindy Peters.

The draws take place each Sunday at 3:15 p.m. at Étienne Brûlé brewery in Embrun until the Ace is drawn. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Tickets are also on sale at various stories including Winchester Foodland, Brinston General Store and at the WDMH Foundation office. A portion of the sales from tickets sold at these locations will come to the WDMH Foundation for the General Equipment Fund.

With their last raffle, the Kin Club of Russell gave out more than $48,000 in prizes and $41,000 to three local charities. The final jackpot winner took home $29,038.50!
