Ottawa man charged with child pornography offences

OTTAWA – The Ottawa Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit was notified in June that an Ottawa resident was suspected of being in possession of Child Pornography. Consequently, an investigation was initiated in order to determine the extent of the offence.

A search warrant was executed on digital devices belonging to the male revealing images of child pornography.

Allan Williams, 49, of Ottawa is charged with:

  •       Three counts of Unlawful Possession of Child Pornography.

He will appear at show cause court this morning.
