OTTAWA — Frontline officers arrested wanted Justin Nicholas Jenkins without incident on Friday, September 13 in relation to 13 commercial break and enters.
The Ottawa Police Service Break and Enter Unit has subsequently charged Jenkins, 42, of no fixed address with 100 charges, including:
- Breaking and Entering
- Possession of Break and Enter Tools
The charges stem from an investigation into break and enters in the secure underground garages of 27 residential buildings located in the Westboro, Centretown and Sandy Hill areas since July.
Charges were laid on September 13 and September 26.
Jenkins first appeared in court on September 14, and was remanded into custody at the time. He appeared in court by video remand yesterday.
