CORNWALL — Just as his campaign team is hustling to get out the vote in today’s federal election, Conservative candidate Eric Duncan had to pause and visit Cornwall court on a jury duty summons.
But the Stormont-Dundas-South Glengarry contender won’t be called upon to ponder the guilt or innocence of an accused, as Duncan has confirmed by Twitter his dismissal from that potential service.
Update: went to my jury duty summons this morning in Cornwall. My number got pulled as Juror #8, but the Judge, Crown & Defence all agreed to dismiss me. Off to get out the vote now!
