Two out of three vehicles recently stolen in Casselman now recovered

CASSELMAN — Police say they’ve recovered two of three vehicles reported stolen in Casselman last week.

The involved cars were taken from addresses on Laval Street, Des Cèdres Street and Lévesque Crescent, prompting complaints to the Russell County OPP on the morning of Nov. 15.

A white 2016 Toyota Highlander bearing Ontario licence plate BYNA 662 remains outstanding.

Russell County OPP encourages members of the public to assist in this investigation by reviewing possible video footage or bringing forward any evidence they may have. Residents are also advised to take precautionary measures to make sure vehicles are properly secured.

Contact the Russell County OPP at 613-443-4499 or the OPP Communication Centre at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
