RUSSELL — Police say they are concerned for the wellbeing of a Russell man not seen since 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27, in Ottawa.
Update Dec. 1, 2019: The local OPP detachment reports locating 45-year-old Sean Michael Parker today. No further information has been released.
The investigation into his disappearance involved officers with the Russell County OPP Crime Unit, Emergency Response Team (ERT) and the Ottawa Police Service.
