Dispute leads to charges

MORRISBURG — SD&G OPP were called to a disturbance on Ontario St., Morrisburg, January 5 around 2 p.m.

According to police investigation indicated that an altercation occurred between two individuals. The accused, Shelby Richmire, 34, of South Dundas allegedly caused damage to victim’s property. The accused was also breaching previous release conditions.

She was arrested and is charged with;

–             Two counts of Mischief – destroy or damages property

–             Four counts of failure to comply with conditions of a probation order

–             Being intoxicated in a public place

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court January 23.

 

Impaired driver

NORTH DUNDAS — SD&G OPP officers responded to a traffic complaint on Main Street, Winchester, shortly before 7:30 a.m on January 4.

Investigation revealed that the adult driver was under the influence of a drug.

Jason Cumming, 38, of North Dundas, was arrested and is charged with;

– Drive a Motor Vehicle while Impaired – Drugs

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in Morrisburg court, February 4.

 

Breach of Conditions

NORTH DUNDAS — SD&G OPP responded to a disturbance on Beach Street, Winchester around 1:30 p.m. on January 5.

Investigation revealed that an adult accused was breaching previous release conditions. 

Jason Cumming, 38, of North Dundas, was arrested and is charged with;

– Fail to comply with conditions of an undertaking

The accused was held in custody for bail and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court.
