The Editor:

Tom and I are pleased to invite you to: “A Night of Entertainment”, a benefit we are organizing to raise funds for the Cancer Clinic at Winchester District Memorial Hospital.

On April 15, 2019 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and my chemotherapy treatment began on April 29 at WDMH. I was a patient at the hospital every two weeks from April 29 – August 8.

For the duration of my treatment, I am very happy to say I received excellent care from nurses, physicians, technicians and additional personnel at the hospital. They all helped to make my journey as easy as possible.

The “A Night of Entertainment” fundraiser is our way of saying “Thank you” to the wonderful staff at this incredible teaching hospital.

I am very fortunate to have Tom help me in this venture, as well as my children and friends like Claire, Teresa, Sandie and Sue. I am grateful for everyone’s support.

Now to the main event: A Night of Entertainment.

The headliner for the evening is none other than our own Andrew Chapman – winner of the Top Canadian Comedy Album Award. Andrew will MC the show as well as provide us with one of his Stand Up Routines suitable for all ages. I know he will put on a great show! He is guaranteed to make you laugh.

We are also pleased to announce well known Magician, David Jans, and 60’s rock band The Lads, will also be performing.

It definitely will be a ‘Night of Entertainment’.

This Family Friendly Show will be held Saturday, February 15, making it a perfect Valentine’s Day event.

Doors open at the Town Hall in Winchester at 6 p.m. There will be a door prize, light refreshments offered, as well as  silent and live auctions,

All ticket sale revenues and donations will be donated to the Foundation. One hundred percent of monies raised goes directly to the WDMH Foundation to purchase needed equipment for the Cancer Clinic.

Tickets are only $50 each — three performances for the price of one!

To order your tickets please contact me by return email or by telephone (613) 806-0690. We accept e-transfers, cheques made out to WDMH or cash.

For additional information, you may also wish to listen to my interview on December 21, 2019 with Dahlia Kurtz CFRA on her website (starting at 20:38). Only 100 tickets will be sold to this event. Don’t miss out on this terrific show.

Imagine all this talent coming to Winchester!

We would love to have you join us in supporting the Cancer Clinic at Winchester District Memorial Hospital.
