WINCHESTER — Eric Duncan and his father, Edwin Duncan, put their ‘freedom’ on the line this morning at Winchester Foodland to benefit Seaway Valley Crime Stoppers.

The organization must privately raise the dollars paid for tips that help solve crimes and keep the area safe. Each $10 donation removed one of the 250 pairs of handcuffs affixed to the local MP and his dad, who were guarded by SD&G Ontario Provincial Police Const. Tylor Copeland.
