Police seeking public’s help locating missing 22-year-old woman

OTTAWA — The Ottawa Police Service Missing Persons Unit is asking for public assistance in locating Charlie Kingwatsiak, 22, of Ottawa.

She has been missing since January 19 and is known to frequent the Rideau Centre, Montreal Road and the Downtown area. There are concerns for her safety and well-being.

Charlie is described as Inuit female 5’3” (160cm), 119 lbs (54kg), medium build, with shoulder length purple and pink hair, and brown eyes. She has a tattoo on her left forearm of a name, and ears pierced.

She was last seen near the 200 block of Montreal Road with a black jacket, grey leggings, gold high top Nike shoes and blue glasses.
