SOUTH DUNDAS — SD&G OPP were called to a South Dundas residence after a vehicle had caused damage to the County Rd. 31 property around 7:30 a.m. on January 27.
Police investigation revealed that the adult driver was under the influence of alcohol and had caused damage to the lawn of a homeowner with the vehicle.
Ian Lacelle, 42, of Cornwall, was arrested and is charged with;
– Drive a Motor Vehicle while Impaired
– Drive a Motor Vehicle with over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in blood
– Mischief – Under $5000
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in court, February 28.
Breach of Conditions
NORTH DUNDAS — A youth was reportedly breaching their previous conditions shortly after 10 p.m on Jan. 20, North Dundas. Upon arrival officers confirmed the youth was in contravention of the previous release conditions.
The 17-year-old North Dundas male, was arrested and is charged with;
– three counts of failure to comply with conditions of probation order
The accused was held in custody pending bail and is scheduled for court appearance in Cornwall.
