Assault charges laid in N. Dundas and S. Dundas

SOUTH DUNDAS — A domestic situation occurred in South Dundas shortly after 7 a.m. on February 25. Police investigation revealed that an adult accused had assaulted and threatened the victim.

The 34-year-old accused of South Dundas, was arrested and is charged with;

– Assault

– Uttering Threats

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court on March 17.

 

NORTH DUNDAS — A domestic situation was reported to SD&G OPP shortly after 5:30 p.m. on February 25, North Dundas. Investigation revealed that an adult accused had assaulted the victim.

A 39-year-old accused of North Grenville, was arrested and is charged with;

– Assault

– Overcome resistance by attempting to choke, suffocate or strangle another person

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court on March 17.
