Ottawa Police seeking assistance identifying two suspects in connection to attempted murder

OTTAWA — The Ottawa Police Service is seeking assistance in identifying the following two suspects in connection with an attempted murder that occurred downtown earlier this evening. The male in the red hat is wanted for attempted murder. He is described as a white male, 20-30 yrs, short stature standing approximately 5’5”. The second male seen on the right in the grey coat and sunglasses is approximately 5’8” with a medium build and is wanted for party to the offence of attempted murder.

Police were called to the 200 block of Murray Street in the Byward Market to find a single victim suffering stab wounds. The public is advised to exercise caution and not to approach either suspect.
