WINCHESTER — It was a ‘tankful’ birthday for Olivia Finlay, who turned 17 years old on Sunday.
The Winchester teen’s family and friends couldn’t mark the milestone the usual way — given the current COVID-19 crisis — but instead arranged a unique parade drive-by featuring a Guy Fuels’ tanker truck in the lead.
The birthday girl seemed genuinely surprised in the video supplied by her grandmother, Michelle Levers, below.
