Two 19-year-olds caught driving a truck stolen from Russell Township during break-in at Winchester residence

WINCHESTER — SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a break in at a residence in Winchester, shortly after 5 p.m. on May 12.

Investigation indicated that the culprits attended the location and removed items, the culprits were also operating a truck stolen from Russell Township during the occurrence.

Brendon Charbonneau, 19, of Navan, was charged with;

–             Break and Enter

–             Four counts of Fail to comply with probation order

–             Three counts of Fail to comply with conditions of a undertaking

–             Two counts of Possession of property obtained by crime

–             Possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine

Zachary Minarik-Eastman, 19, of North Dundas, was charged with;

–             Fail to comply with conditions of a recognizance

–             Fail to comply with conditions of a undertaking

–             Two counts of Possession of property obtained by crime

–             Possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine

Both accused were held in custody for bail and are scheduled for a court appearance in Cornwall.
